Congratulations!

Phew! What a busy Bank Holiday weekend!

Yes there is a Brighton Belle in this picture!

When I was asked last year to be a bridesmaid by my close friend I jumped at the chance, when she asked me if I would be willing to make the bridesmaids' dresses I was just as keen!

I have just spent the last month sewing the four dresses for the wedding that took place on Monday.

It was no easy feat I tell you, with one bridesmaid based in Germany, one in London, and one relocating to Australia six weeks before the big day!

In the end all the frantic pinning, fitting, sewing (and swearing!) was worth it. The bride looked beautiful, the sun shone, and a wonderful day was had by all!

Congratulations Mr & Mrs Harper!

On Sunday 14th of August we be selling our wares at the fabulous Yard Market in central Brighton.

It's on from 11am-5pm on Sunday the 14th of August at Diplock's Yard, North road, Brighton (in the North Laine).
